Full Text of the Judgment — Încheierea nr. 4087/2013

S-a arătat și că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 783/99/2012 al Curții de Apel Iași, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen la data de 16 octombrie 2013.

Avocații R.D. și P.C.L. au depus delegație de reprezentare și, având pe rând cuvântul, au solicitat admiterea cererii pentru motivele invocate în scris și prezentate verbal.

Avocat D.L. pentru intimată, a depus delegație de reprezentare, concluzii scrise și a solicitat respingerea cererii pentru motivele prezentate verbal.

Reprezentantul Ministerului Public a solicitat respingerea cererii de strămutare pentru motivele invocate verbal.
