Full Text of the Judgment — Încheierea nr. 4085/2013

S-a arătat și că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 8173/94/2012 al Judecătoriei Buftea, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen la data de 10 octombrie 2013.

Avocat M.T., pentru intimați, a solicitat respingerea cererii pentru motivele prezentate verbal.

Reprezentantul Ministerului Public a solicitat respingerea cererii de strămutare pentru motivele invocate verbal.
