Full Text of the Judgment — Încheierea nr. 4055/2013

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidentă informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen la data de 16 octombrie 2013.

Avocat T.M., pentru petenta, solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare pentru motivele invocate în scris, pe care le expune și oral.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public pune concluzii de admitere a cererii de strămutare.
