Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen la data de 16 octombrie 2013.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare.
