Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Cererea a fost legal timbrată.

Se referă de către magistratul asistent asupra faptului că potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen de judecată la data de 3 octombrie 2013 și că părțile au solicitat judecarea cauzei în lipsă.

Având cuvântul, procuror L.V. pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare.
