Cererea a fost timbrată.

Se referă de către magistratul asistent asupra faptului că potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen de judecată la data de 18 octombrie 2013 și că la 9 septembrie 2013 au fost depuse, de către petenți, în susținerea cererii de strămutare, înscrisuri.

Având cuvântul, procuror L.V. pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare.
