Full Text of the Judgment — Încheierea nr. 4013/2013

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Cererea a fost legal timbrată.

Se referă de către magistratul asistent asupra faptului că potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită a fost soluționat la 19 septembrie 2013 și că au fost depuse, de către petent, în susținerea cererii de strămutare, înscrisuri, reprezentând hotărâri judecătorești.

Având cuvântul, avocat Ș.M. arată că stăruie în soluționarea cererii de strămutare și solicită admiterea acesteia. Depune concluzii scrise.

Procuror L.V. pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare ca rămasă fără obiect.
