Full Text of the Judgment — Încheierea nr. 4010/2013

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Cererea a fost legal timbrată.

Se referă de către magistratul asistent asupra faptului ca potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarele a căror strămutare se solicită au termen de judecată la datele de 10 octombrie 2013 și de 30 septembrie 2013 și că o cerere; de strămutare a Dosarului nr. 10976/303/2011, cu alte motive, formulată de petenți, a fost soluționată prin încheierea din 23 septembrie 2013 pronunțată în Dosarul nr. 3692/1/2013, în sensul respingerii acesteia. Se mai referă și asupira faptului că o cerere de strămutare a Dosarului nr. 353/303/2013 face obiectul; Dosarului nr. 3892/172013, cu termen de judecată la 27 septembrie 2013.

Petenții B.A. și B.L., având pe rând cuvântul, arată că stăruie în soluționarea prezentei cereri de strămutare și solicită admiterea acesteia, astfel cum a fost formulată.
