Full Text of the Judgment — Încheierea nr. 3967/2013

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizata a instanțelor, judecata dosarului a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen fixat pentru data de 2 octombrie 2013.

Reprezentantul Ministerului Public solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare formulată de petenta, pentru motivele expuse verbal.

Admite cererea formulată de petenta Administrația județeană a Finanțelor Publice Neamț.

Strămută judecata procesului civil ce formează obiectul Dosarului nr. 2144/279/2013 al Tribunalului Neamț, de la această din urmă instanță, la Tribunalul Brăila.
