Full Text of the Judgment — Încheierea nr. 3956/2013

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă la magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termenul fixat la data de 8 octombrie 2013.

Avocat C.R. solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare și depune un set de înscrisuri la dosar.

Consilier juridic P.C. pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare.

Reprezentantul Ministerului Public solicită respingerea cererii de strămutare formulată de petent, pentru motivele expuse verbal.
