Full Text of the Judgment — Încheierea nr. 3923/2013

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că cererea de strămutare este legal timbrată și că, potrivit evidenței informatizate a instanțelor E., dosarul a cărui judecată se solicită a fi strămutată, are termen de judecată la 10 octombrie 2013.

Petenta G.R., personal și în calitate de mandatar al petentului G.M., conform procurii autentificată din 26 iulie 2010, pe care o depune la dosar, solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare așa cum a fost formulată, pentru motivele de bănuială legitimă invocate în scris.

Reprezentantul Ministerului Public pune concluzii de admitere a cererii de strămutare.
