Full Text of the Judgment — Încheierea nr. 3922/2013

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că cererea de strămutare nu este legal timbrată și că, potrivit evidenței informatizate a instanțelor E., dosarul a cărui judecată se solicită a fi strămutată, are termen de judecată la 26 septembrie 2013.

Avocat M.S. pentru petent depune la dosar dovada achitării taxei judiciare de timbru și timbru judiciar aferente cererii de strămutare.

Înalta Curte acordă cuvântul asupra cererii de strămutare.
