Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că cererea de strămutare este legal timbrată și că, potrivit evidenței informatizate a instanțelor E., dosarul a cărui judecată se solicită a fi strămutată, are termen de judecată la 30 septembrie 2013.

Reprezentantul Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii, ca neîntemeiată.
