Full Text of the Judgment — Încheierea nr. 3914/2013

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că cererea de strămutare este legal timbrată și că, potrivit evidenței informatizate a instanțelor E., dosarul a cărui judecată se solicită a fi strămutată, are termen de judecată la 10 octombrie 2013.

Petenții B.A. și B.L., având pe rând cuvântul, solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare așa cum a fost formulată, pentru motivele de bănuială legitimă detaliate în cererea scrisă.

Reprezentantul Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii.
