Full Text of the Judgment — Încheierea nr. 3872/2013

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Magistratul asistent face referatul cauzei și arată că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen de judecată la 3 octombrie 2013.

Petentul, personal, solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare, conform motivelor formulate în scris și prezentate verbal.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare.
