Supreme Court resumes proceedings after EU Court of Justice delivers preliminary ruling on consumer contract terms.
Sintesi Legislator
Generato dall'IAThe Supreme Court of Slovenia ordered the resumption of proceedings following a preliminary ruling by the Court of Justice of the European Union. The lower court had previously suspended the case pending the CJEU's interpretation of Directive 93/13/EEC regarding unfair terms in consumer contracts. The court decided to continue the process because the CJEU issued its ruling on February 24, 2026, thereby removing the procedural suspension.
