Menetlusalune isik Meelis Maasikas isikukood 38706270283, EV kodanik, emakeel eesti keel, elukoht: xxxxx xxxx, xxxxxx xx-xx varem korduvalt väärtegude eest karistatud Kohtuvälise menetleja esindaja Jaanus Peitre RESOLUTSIOON Karistada Meelis Maasikat 25.05.2008.a. toime pandud LS § 74-1 lg.2 ettenähtud väärteo eest arestiga 10(kümme) ööpäeva.
