concernant la contribution ordinaire de la Confédération au Comité international de la Croix-Rouge du 3 octobre 1985

L'Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu la compétence générale de la Confédération en matière de i-elations extérieures ; vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 27 février 19851J, arrête:

Article premier La Confédération verse au Comité international de la Croix-Rouge une contribution annuelle ordinaire de 40 millions de francs en 1986 et en 1987, et de 45 millions de francs en 1988 et en 1989.

Art. 2 L'arrêté fédéral du 1er décembre 1981 concernant la contribution ordinaire de la Confédération au Comité international de la Croix-Rouge2) est abrogé.

Art. 3 ' Le présent arrêté, qui n'est pas de portée générale, n'est pas soumis au référendum.

II entre en vigueur le 1er janvier 1986 et a effet jusqu'au 31 décembre 1989.
