SOG 2005 Nr. 30

Art. 82 Abs. 2 ATSG, § 86 ZPO. *Fristenregelung im Verfahren nach Unfallversicherungsgesetz (UVG, SR 832.20). Gemäss neuer Rechtsprechung des Eidgenössischen Versicherungsgerichts gilt der Fristenstillstand während der Gerichtsferien auch im UVG-Verfahren. Bis zur Anpassung der kantonalen Rechtspflegebestimmungen an die Regeln des Bundesgesetzes über den Allgemeinen Teil des Sozialversicherungsrechts (ATSG, SR 830.1) – gemäss Art. 82 Abs. 2 ATSG bis spätestens 31. Dezember 2007 – gilt kantonales Verfahrensrecht. Im Kanton Solothurn ist gegenwärtig § 86 der Zivilprozessordnung (ZPO, BGS 221.1) anwendbar, folglich weichen die Gerichtsferien vom ATSG ab.*
