Art. 107 Abs. 2 und 3 KV

Vermögensverwaltung durch die Korporationen, Teilsamen und Alpgenossenschaften. Ist der Korporationsrat zuständig für den Abschluss von Kaufund Baurechtsverträgen über den Grundbesitz der Korporation, hat er nur, aber immer hin, die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung und Stärkung der Korporation anzustreben (Art. 107 Abs. 3 KV). Die Mitsprache der Korporationsbürger ist diesfalls für den Abschluss des Kaufvertrags nicht erforderlich.
