Sintesi Legislator

Generato dall'IA

A voter's appeal against an election result, based on alleged information deficiencies, was deemed to be acting against good faith. The court found that the voter, aware of the purported informational flaws, first submitted an amendment proposal, and only challenged the election outcome after this proposal was rejected. This sequence of actions indicated an abuse of the appeals process.
