In one instance, an administrative appeal against a previous ruling was upheld because the insured failed to claim salary entitlement within a timely manner, thereby violating the duty to mitigate losses and forfeiting the right to insolvency compensation, although the court confirmed the administration's right to revisit clearly erroneous decisions. In another case involving tax administration appeals, the Federal Court partially granted the tax administration's appeal regarding court costs in the Federal Tax Administration proceedings before the administrative court, imposing those costs solely on the taxpayer, while dismissing other administrative appeals from both parties.

Bundesgerichtsurteile zu angefochtenen Urteilen früherer PVG-Jahrgänge Sentenze dei Tribunali federali riguardanti decisioni impugnate delle precedenti PTA

PVG/PTA 2000
