The case involves a divorce dispute where one party filed a civil appeal to the Federal Tribunal against a decision made by the District Court regarding provisional measures. The appeal was submitted after the District Court's ruling on March 26, 2010. Subsequently, the appeal was put on hold pending another nullity plea in the cantonal court, which ultimately accepted the plea on January 13, 2011, leading to the annulment of the contested judgment and remanding the case for further proceedings. On March 1, 2011, the appellant withdrew the appeal and requested a waiver of costs, resulting in the case being removed from the Tribunal's agenda. The court noted that since the appellant withdrew, they would bear the judicial costs, and no costs were awarded to either party as the other was not invited to respond to the appeal.

recours contre le jugement du Tribunal d'arrondissement de La Côte du 26 mars 2010.

Vu:

le recours en matière civile adressé au Tribunal fédéral le 27 avril 2010;
