considérant:

que par arrêt du 2 septembre 2013 le Tribunal administratif fédéral a partiellement admis dans la mesure où il était recevable le recours que X.________ avait interjeté contre la décision de la FINMA du 20 décembre 2010;

que le 7 octobre 2013 X.________ a déposé un recours en matière de droit public auprès du Tribunal fédéral contre l'arrêt du 2 septembre 2013;

que, par courrier du 6 novembre 2013, elle a déclaré retirer son recours;

qu'il convient de prendre acte du retrait du recours (cf. art. 32 al. 2 LTF ) et de rayer la cause du rôle sans frais ( art. 66 al. 2 LTF );

par ces motifs, le Président prononce:

1. La cause 2C_910/2013 est rayée du rôle par suite de retrait du recours.

2. Il n'est pas perçu de frais justice.

3. Le présent arrêt est communiqué au mandataire de la recourante, à l'Autorité fédérale de surveillance des marchés financiers et au Tribunal administratif fédéral, Cour II.
