1. Les communes bourgeoisiales doivent rendre compte annuellement de l'ensemble de leur budget financier.
2. Avant la fin septembre de l'année suivant l'exercice comptable, les comptes annuels approuvés et le rapport de la commission de vérification des affaires doivent être transmis au département.
