Synthèse de l'arrêt (Faits & Considérants)

Structuré par IA

The administrative council determined that when approving amendments to a zone plan designating a landfill area, it simultaneously decides on the landfill permit and all other cantonal permits required for the project, including those related to spatial planning, forestry, traffic, water, roads, and water protection, based on principles of procedural coordination. However, the local council retains separate authority over the necessary building permit for the landfill structure, which must be coordinated with and announced concurrently with the cantonal decision.

Rechtsprechung Luzern =====================
