Synthèse de l'arrêt (Faits & Considérants)

Structuré par IA

A municipality retained the authority to enact more stringent local protective measures for specific objects within an area subject to a cantonal ordinance that transferred planning competence to the canton, provided these measures addressed objects not sufficiently covered by the cantonal regulations, such as cultural assets, which could rest on a different legal basis than the general nature and landscape protection framework.

Instanz: · Regierungsrat Abteilung: · - Rechtsgebiet: · Natur- und Landschaftsschutz Entscheiddatum: · 26.03.2002 Fallnummer: · RRE Nr. 428 LGVE: · 2002 III Nr. 13 Leitsatz: · Übriges Gebiet. Weiter gehende Schutzmassnahmen. § 56 PBG.
