Swiss Citizen's Right to Appeal Federal Vote Affirmed
Synthèse Legislator
Généré par l'IAThe case concerns the appealability of a federal vote on bilateral agreements. The Federal Council held that an individual who is a voting Swiss citizen residing in a different canton than the one where the initial appeal was filed is nevertheless legitimately authorized to appeal to a federal authority concerning federal political rights. Therefore, it was unnecessary to decide whether the specific club the appellant represented also had the standing to appeal in this instance.
