statuendo sul ricorso 30 aprile 2003 di

la decisione 11 febbraio 2003 (n. 618) con cui il Consiglio di Stato ha approvato la revisione del piano regolatore del comune di __________;

preso atto che il 6 dicembre 2004 la ricorrente ha comunicato di ritirare la sua impugnativa;

considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;

decreta:

1. Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.

2. Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
