A complainant, represented by a counseling service, filed an appeal against a decision made by the social insurance court of a specific Swiss canton, which determined matters related to disability insurance. The appeal was submitted to a higher court, claiming that the previous court's factual findings and legal reasoning were inadequate. However, upon review, the higher court found that the complainant's submissions failed to meet the necessary criteria for an appeal, as they did not sufficiently demonstrate the alleged legal errors or factual inaccuracies of the prior decision. As a result, the court decided not to proceed with the appeal and indicated that no court fees would be charged.

Urteil vom 21. März 2017

II. sozialrechtliche Abteilung

Besetzung

Bundesrichterin Pfiffner, Präsidentin,

Gerichtsschreiberin Keel Baumann.

Verfahrensbeteiligte

A.________,

vertreten durch Beratungsstelle für Ausländer,

Milosav Milovanovic,

Beschwerdeführerin,

gegen

IV-Stelle des Kantons Zürich,

Röntgenstrasse 17, 8005 Zürich,

Beschwerdegegnerin.

Gegenstand

Invalidenversicherung,

Beschwerde gegen den Entscheid des Sozialversicherungsgerichts des Kantons Zürich

vom 27. Dezember 2016.

in Erwägung,
