Beschwerde in Zivilsachen gegen den Beschluss des Obergerichts des Kantons Zürich, Verwaltungskommission, vom 28. Februar 2007.

Die Instruktionsrichterin hat in Erwägung,

dass der Beschwerdeführer seine Beschwerde in Zivilsachen gegen den Beschluss des Obergerichts des Kantons Zürich vom 28. Februar 2007 mit Schreiben vom 20. Juni 2007 zurückgezogen hat;

dass die Beschwerde demnach im Verfahren nach Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG abzuschreiben ist;

dass die Kosten dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen sind ( Art. 66 Abs. 3 BGG );

verfügt:

1. Das Verfahren wird infolge Rückzugs der Beschwerde abgeschrieben.

2. Die Gerichtsgebühr von insgesamt Fr. 500.-- wird dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.

3. Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Zürich, Verwaltungskommission, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
