ACT No. XLI of 1965

AN ACT to modify the application of secuon twenty·nine of the

Constitution of Malta.

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen's most Excellent Mrujesty, by

and with the advice and consent of the House of RepresentaJti.ves

of Malta, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority

of the same, as foll.ows:-

(1) This Act may be cited as the Constitution of Malta Short titl.

(AppHClaltion of Section Twenty·nine) Act, 1965.

(2) Paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) of section 2 of this Act

shllll be deermed to have come into force on the 24th day of October,

1964, the 18th day of February, 1965 and the 9th day of August, 1965

respectively.
