The rate of contribution incumbent upon blood transfusion establishments is set at 6.10% of the ex-tax amount of sales in France of labile blood products.

The Director General of Health at the Ministry of Social Affairs, Health and Urban Affairs and the Director General of Taxes at the Ministry of the Budget shall be responsible, each within their respective sphere of competence, for the execution of this Decree, which shall be published in the Official Gazette of the French Republic and shall take effect on 1 February 1994.
