Art. 1 Decree No. 94-81 of January 26, 1994 amending Decree No. 76-548 of June 16, 1976 relating to honorary Consuls General, Consuls, and Vice-Consuls and to consular agents

In Article 12 of Title II of the aforementioned Decree of June 16, 1976, the following phrase is added at the end of the second paragraph: " To receive voting proxies and to transmit them to the consul for signature ".

The Minister of State, Keeper of the Seals, Minister of Justice, the Minister of State, Minister of Defense, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and the Minister of Equipment, Transport, and Tourism shall be responsible, each within his respective remit, for the implementation of this Decree, which shall be published in the Official Gazette of the French Republic.
