Art. 2 Decree of January 25, 1994 amending the decree of September 1, 1989 setting the salary scale index for medico-technical personnel in the hospital public service

The Director of Hospitals at the Ministry of Social Affairs, Health and Urban Affairs and the Director of the Budget at the Ministry of the Budget shall be responsible, each within their respective sphere of competence, for the execution of this Decree, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic and which shall take effect, unless otherwise stipulated, on August 1, 1993.
