Decree of January 11, 1994, relating to the application of European telecommunications standards

Chapters 2, 3, 6, 8, and 9 of NF ETS 300 085 (NET 33) shall be applicable for the type approval of terminals offering the 3.1 kHz telephony teleservice, intended to be connected in basic access mode to an integrated services digital network (ISDN).

The requirements of Article 1 shall be in addition to those of national technical regulations and all other European telecommunications standards to which the terminal equipment may be subject.

The Director General of Posts and Telecommunications shall be responsible for the execution of this decree, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
