The classification table established in Article 16 of Decree No. 94-60 of January 21, 1994, amending the aforementioned Decree of August 30, 1957, shall apply, as of August 1, 1993, to inspectors seconded to a position of head of center.
This provision may not result in a situation within the position of head of center less favorable than the one held before August 1, 1993.

The Minister of the Budget, Government Spokesperson, and the Minister of the Civil Service shall be responsible, each within their respective spheres of competence, for the execution of this Decree, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
