The personnel of the Union of Public Purchasing Groups (U.G.A.P.) shall be subject to the regulations on plurality of employment pursuant to Article 51-1 of the aforementioned Finance Law of February 23, 1963 and the aforementioned Decree of December 23, 1963.

The Minister of National Education, the Minister of the Economy, the Minister of the Budget, Spokesperson for the Government, and the Minister of the Civil Service shall be responsible, each within his or her respective sphere, for the execution of this decree, which shall be published in the Official Gazette of the French Republic.
