Art. 1 : Introductory Law to the Federal Act on Framework Lease Agreements and Their Declaration of General Applicability Open official source

The Government Council decides on the declaration of general applicability of framework rental agreements that are valid for the territory of the canton or a part thereof.

Art. 2: Introductory Act to the Federal Act on Framework Lease Agreements and Their Declaration of General Applicability Open official source

The competent Directorate manages the procedure and issues cost orders.

Art. 3: Introductory Act to the Federal Act on Framework Lease Agreements and Their Declaration of General Applicability Open official source

The declaration of general applicability is free of charge. The costs for the publication of the application and the decision, as well as further costs, shall be borne equally by the contracting parties.
