Art. 84: Enforcement Ordinance to the Personnel Act (VVO)

1 Where leave is granted for family events or personal matters to the extent of the necessary time, the claimed working hours shall be kept as low as possible.

2 For the determination of an entitlement defined in working days, the respective degree of employment is decisive.

3 In the event of predominant official interests, the granting of leave may be refused, or conditions may be imposed.
