Art. 65: Executive Ordinance to the Personnel Act (VVO)

1 As a general rule, incurred expenses are settled and reimbursed according to the expense reimbursement event and against receipt.

2 The Directorates, the highest cantonal courts, or the offices authorised by them, may set flat rates for employees or professional groups with regularly incurred expenses. These must be reviewed in the event of significant changes in circumstances, and at least every four years.
