Art. 41: Executive Ordinance to the Personnel Act (VVO)

1. **Upon Commencement or Termination or upon Change of Employment Relationship: b. Time of Entry and Exit**

In the course of a month, the wage shall be calculated according to the days entitling to remuneration, including Sundays.

2. Upon commencement at the beginning of a week, the wage shall be paid from the first Monday; upon termination at the end of a week, it shall be paid up to and including the last Sunday.

3. Upon commencement on the first working day of a month, the wage shall be paid from the first calendar day of that month; upon termination on the last working day of a month, it shall be paid up to the last calendar day of that month.
