Art. 38: Enforcement Ordinance to the Personnel Act (VVO)

32 1 The Government Council decides with the budget the percentage share of the salary sum for Individual Salary Increases and one-time allowances.

2 For Individual Salary Increases into the first or second performance class, the new salary is set at two to five salary levels of the new class above the amount of the previous salary.

3 The procedure for determining the new salary according to para. 2 also applies when a position is reclassified.
