Art. 33: Executive Ordinance to the Personnel Act (VVO)

1 The authority responsible for approving the staffing plan (Class Framework) may exceptionally determine a framework of a maximum of three classification grades across a maximum of two different standard positions for a specific position within the staffing plan. This applies particularly

a. to training relationships,

b. to positions with rapidly changing work values, particularly staff positions, to avoid frequent amendments to the staffing plan,

c. to areas with historically high staff turnover in grades 1 to 8.

2 In the cases according to paragraph 1, the authority responsible for approving staffing plans, pursuant to § 10 of the Personnel Ordinance³, determines the respective classification grade. Any re-determination thereof requires a corresponding change in the work value.
