Art. 160a: Enforcement Ordinance to the Personnel Act (VVO)

41 1 Employees may, after reaching the age limit according to § 24 c of the Personnel Act², be re-employed on a fixed-term basis for a maximum of one year if operational circumstances require it.** In justified cases, the fixed-term employment may be extended by one year at a time.

**2 Employment and extension require the approval of the Directorate or the competent highest cantonal court.**
