Art. 136 : Implementing Ordinance to the Personnel Act (VVO)
Art. 136
1 Employees are to be assessed by their superiors once per year, and also in those cases where law and ordinance prescribe an additional employee assessment.32
2 The goals of employee assessment are the promotion of personnel as well as the evaluation of performance and conduct.
3 The subject matter of the assessment comprises, in particular, work execution, work results, autonomy, and conduct, as well as the achievement of agreed-upon goals and, for superiors, leadership ability.
