Art. 119: Implementing Ordinance to the Personnel Act (VVO)

Art. 119

1. For a daily work period exceeding 6 hours, a break of at least 30 minutes must be taken. This break is not considered working hours.

2. For additional breaks, a maximum of 15 minutes per half working day may be credited towards working hours.
