The Cantonal Council,

resolves
I.5 1 The annual salary of the members of the Administrative
Court corresponds, in the first year of service, to salary level 17 of salary class 29
according to Annex 2 to the Implementing Ordinance to the Personnel Act of
19 May 19994.
2 As of 1 January each year, advancement to the next salary

of the income statement for the KEF period is achieved.
II. 1 The salaries of part-time members correspond
to the fraction of those of a full-time member, corresponding
to the degree of employment.
2 Part-time members who do not occupy a permanent workstation at the court are
entitled to an expense allowance, to be determined by the court, for the use of their own
workstation. This consists of a flat rate for the proportional use of office furniture and
equipment, as well as an office allowance, which is measured according to the space
required for a corresponding workstation at the court and the market-standard rental
price. In addition, telephone expenses, postage, and the like are reimbursed; the court
may set a flat rate for these.
III. The President of the Administrative Court receives an annual
allowance of CHF 20,840, the Vice-Presidents an allowance of CHF 10,420,
and other members acting as single judges an allowance of
CHF 5,210.
IV.5 Substitute members are compensated according to effort. The
hourly rate is determined in accordance with salary level 17 of salary class 29
according to Annex 2 to the Implementing Ordinance to the Personnel Act of
