Resolution of the Cantonal Council

on the Number of Members and Substitute Members

of the Administrative Court

(of 1 November 2021)1

The Cantonal Council,

having reviewed the proposals of the Administrative Court of 2 No-

vember 20202 and of the Justice Commission of 18 May 20213,

resolves

I. The scope of employment for full-time and part-time

members of the Administrative Court is set at a total of 1100 full-time

equivalents (FTE).

II. The number of substitute members is set at twelve.

III. This Resolution shall enter into force on 1 January 2022. Simultaneously,

the Resolution of the Cantonal Council on the Number of Members and

Substitute Members of the Administrative Court of 7 July 1997 is repealed.
