§ 70 Electoral and Voting Act, EVA · Retention of Elected Members of the Voting Office

1. Persons who have been elected to the voting office for a fixed term according to § 5 paragraph 1 may remain in the voting office until the end of their term, even if they no longer meet the requirements of § 5 paragraph 2 in the new version.
